Located on a quiet plot 1 km from the beautiful beach of Fustera that year after year obtains the blue flag, an award given to the beaches in recognition of their conservation as well as the excellent quality of their waters, sand and facilities. It also has a renowned ecological trail where you can walk to Calpe enjoying the incredible views while passing through the incredible coves and cliffs along the way. The house is surrounded by pine trees that will provide you with the privacy you need without blocking the spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The property is distributed over two floors.
On the main floor, from the entrance you access the hall of the house with two doors on the right for laundry area and toilet. To the left is the staircase leading to the upper floor and access to an en-suite bedroom. In front of the hall we access the living area, where we find the kitchen completely open to the dining room and the living room from where we have direct access to the terrace. Once on the terrace we find the pool that has a relaxation area where you can enjoy the sun and the views or dine on the barbecue. The house is surrounded by a strip of garden areas and on one side is the access of vehicles with a pergola with space for two cars.
On the first floor is the night area with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and dressing room. From the bedrooms there is access to an outdoor terrace from where you can enjoy the sea views.
