BEAUTIFUL MODERN VILLA LOCATED IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL.

DISTRIBUTION: Villa ALEX is a newly built villa that follows a modern style organized over two floors. The main entrance gives us direct access to the ground floor where we will find a large dining table seating several guests. Directly opposite is a spacious fully equipped open kitchen with all the necessary appliances to prepare excellent meals. Just in front of the dining area is the living room, consisting of a four-seater sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and a television with direct access to the terrace. Through the hallway, passing through the kitchen area, we find the first bedroom with a split double bed. On this same floor, we will have a bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs located next to the dining area, we access the second floor where the remaining three bedrooms are situated. All are equipped with split double beds. Additionally, we will have a bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub, the latter being en suite.

EXTERIOR: As soon as we access the property, we will find enough space to park two vehicles, as well as a garage space. The pool is located on the main terrace and is surrounded by sun loungers to enjoy the sun. In this same area, we will find an outdoor dining table as well as a chill-out sofa to accommodate all guests. At the back of the villa, we will find the barbecue area.

LOCATION: The villa is situated on a quiet street in the Benissa Costa area, just a few minutes' walk from Cala Pinets, Cala Llobella, and Cala la Fustera. It is a residential area close to all amenities, beaches, and many leisure and dining options.
