MAGNIFICENT VILLA IN CALPE COSTA (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL,
DISTRIBUTION: This luxury villa has been completely renovated and furnished in a Vintage style. It features approximately 250 m2 distributed over two floors, connected by an interior staircase and externally. On the upper floor, we find a bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a spacious uncovered terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park, and the inland mountains. On the main floor, we have two
bedrooms with double beds and two full bathrooms with showers, one of which is en-suite. We also find the large and comfortable living-dining room with a fireplace and a fully equipped independent kitchen. Finally, there is a large covered and uncovered terrace with a relaxation area and a magnificent outdoor dining area with views of the great Blue Sea and Peñón de Ifach. On the ground floor, at the pool level, we have another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
EXTERIOR: This chalet is built on a large plot of about 1000 m2, accessed through an automatic gate where we find space to park our vehicles. The wonderful and original pool is constructed with slate instead of the usual tiles. In front of the pool, on the large terrace, we find a bar protected by a "bali hut" and some beautiful wooden sun loungers with natural umbrellas. We have a ping pong table and a barbecue.
LOCATION: It is located at the top of a hill, which is why we can enjoy incredible views of almost 360º. A fantastic, peaceful, and special place to spend our holidays. Only 10-15 minutes by car from the coast and the fine sandy beaches of Calpe.
