IMPRESSIVE LUXURY VILLA, MODERN AND WITH UNBEATABLE VIEWS LOCATED IN BENITACHELL (COSTA BLANCA).

INTERIOR: Villa BAOBAB is spread over two floors. The main entrance leads us into a large open space formed by the dining room, the living room, and the open kitchen. From this part of the villa, we begin to appreciate the beauty of the views through the large windows located throughout the property. To our right is the open kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances for our stay. Directly in front of the entrance is the dining room with a table and chairs for everyone. To our left is the living room with a four-seater sofa and two additional armchairs, as well as a coffee table with a TV. A hallway leads to the two bedrooms with double beds located on this floor, with a shower bathroom available. There is also a toilet located on this floor. To access the ground floor, we must descend the exterior stairs located to the right of the upper terrace. We enter directly into an open space formed by the living room and the open kitchen. We access a bedroom with a double bed and the second with two single beds, each with a complete bathroom featuring a shower and toilet.

EXTERIOR: Villa BAOBAB has ample parking space for two vehicles. We can access the main terrace from the living room, where there is an outdoor dining table that can accommodate all guests. Additionally, there is a chill-out area where we can unwind from routine and enjoy a cocktail with our family or friends. The pool is located on this terrace and is surrounded by sun loungers and glass panels that allow us to enjoy the views of the villa. The lower terrace features a dining table under a porch with sea views and views of the villa's surroundings. Several armchairs are located at the back of the villa to offer a bit more privacy during our stay.

LOCATION: Villa BAOBAB is situated at the top of Cumbre del Sol in Benitachell, a residential and quiet area just minutes away from all services such as supermarkets, restaurants, and leisure activities in the area. The towns of Moraira and Jávea are just a step away from the villa.
