CHARMING VILLA VERY CLOSE TO THE SEA WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL IN MORAIRA CAP BLANC.

LAY OUT: A beautiful villa just 5 minutes far from the magnificent Mediterranean sea, we access to it through a covered terrace with direct access to the living room/eating room and American kitchen. It is a spacious and comfortable room where we will find a coffee table, a comfortable sofa and chairs. By the kitchen we have the beautiful living room made of wood which allows us to enjoy good meals and snacks, this kitchen is fully equipped very comfortable and perfect for cooking all kind of Mediterranean meals. Through the corridor we will access to two bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and the other with a double bed. There are two bathrooms, from here we'll go to a big and luminous dining room. Next to that room is the last bedroom with a double bed.

EXTERIOR: We access the villa through the garden, where there is a covered parking for our vehicle. On the terrace there is a table along with chairs under a nice pergola where we can rest during the hot Spanish summer. We can enjoy really nice sun baths on the existing sunbeds. It is also possible to have a bath on the private swimming pool. At the back of the house there is another terrace with a dining table, a fresher area , perfect for having a cup of tea or coffee, a snack and enjoy the garden during the summer nights.

LOCATION: This nice villa has a perfect location, about 5 minutes walking to the amazing Cap Blanc Beach with its clean and transparent water and its panoramic views over our beloved Costa Blanca. We can get to the town of Moraira in 8 minutes by car, there will have bars, restaurants and the white sandy beaches. The perfect place to enjoy our holidays with a total privacy and plenty of silence and relax as well as being able to visit the surrounding towns and feel the Mediterranean way of life.
